Mission
Cohero’s mission is to facilitate an environment where parents, caretakers, and children work together—building a community, career, and friendships.
History
Along with her husband, Cohero founder, Rachel DePass, started working from home after the birth of their first child in 2015.
“As soon as Jack entered this world, our priorities instantly changed. We were determined to spend as much time as possible with him as we could. Working from home gave us precious time with Jack (and later Reis andEdith), that made the juggling all worth it. I can’t imagine what life will be like when they’re all in school at the same time one day, but I know I’ll miss them terribly.

We made it work by taking turns working and being with the kids. Having a partner to tag team throughout the day so we can both build our careers while raising our kids was a dream.
However, I know that isn’t the case for a lot of parents. Locally, coworking spaces don’t offer childcare, and opening one didn’t seem feasible at the time. I knew there had to be another solution. With my husband and my background and passion for product development, I questioned what we could build that would be helpful to other parents in our situation. Enter: Cohero.”
